Returns & Exchanges

THE SWANKY HANGER WILL ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.


Returns

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.
  • Returns must be  unworn, unwashed, and scent free.  All tags must be attached and tamper free. 
  • In order to accept any return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number.  This enables The Swanky Hanger Boutique to prioritize the return/exchange upon receipt and will validate the return period.
  • Please include the original packing slip with the return. 
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise.
  • For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from the approved store credit applied. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. 
  • Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.   The Swanky Hanger will not pay or reimburse return postage.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.

Do we offer return labels?

At this time, The Swanky Hanger Boutique does  not offer return labels.

  • All Hats
  • All Jewelry
  • All Intimates 
  • All Swimwear
  • All Sale Items

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return.  The same policies and procedures apply.  Once the return is approved, you may use your store credit to purchase the desired item.

Defective Items

The Swanky Hanger Boutique inspects all merchandise upon receipt from supplier and also prior to shipment to the Customer.  It is our goal to ensure defective items do not reach our Customers.  However, should this happen,

  • The defective item must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. 
  • You must contact the Swanky Hanger Boutique and provide photo documentation in order to receive your Return Authorization Number. 
  • Without the Return Authorization Number, the item(s) will not be accepted. 
  • If the item(s) is accepted as defective, The Swanky Hanger will pay for the return shipping costs and will refund the item plus the original shipping costs in the form of a store credit. 
  • Returns must be  unworn, unwashed, and scent free.  All tags must be attached and tamper free.
